CMC Celebrates 10 Years of Success

Last week, the Chilean Maritime Company (CMC) celebrated its 10th anniversary in a ceremony held in Limache. The event brought together all areas of the company to commemorate its history, share future plans, and enjoy a great time participating in contests and prizes.

Arturo Errázuriz, General Manager of CMC, highlighted the presence of active members from CMC Shipping, CMC Flota, and NSC Chile, as well as the corporate family of GEN, AGUNSA, and Cabo Froward. He especially addressed the crews who connected from offshore, emphasizing their crucial role in upholding the company’s name and leading maritime operations along the Chilean coast.

During his speech, Errázuriz underscored CMC’s key strengths: exemplary technical capacity, strong administrative and accounting capabilities, and a constant dedication to safety. “Today we have a solid foundation that gives us many opportunities to continue improving and growing,” he stated. He also expressed his commitment to strengthening the company’s presence in Chile, opening new markets, and being a benchmark of maritime excellence. Additionally, he called for continued promotion of safety and efficiency in operations, and for expanding borders alongside strategic partners and corporate allies.

The event concluded with a message from Errázuriz: “Our commitment is clear: to strengthen our presence in Chile, open new markets, and continue being a benchmark of maritime excellence. Together, there are no limits to what we can achieve.”
